Hello,

I'm installing a 3 phase 120/240 volt with high leg CT Cabinet and 400 Amp disconnect. The wall that the utility company is going to trench up to is only 6'7" tall. Is there a problem with the cabinet and disconnect going on a wall this short?

Thanks!

I dont see an issue. NEC only states a max height for disconnect. There is probably a minimum height for the meter, but thats up to your POCO.

Well most power companys say meter 5 foot to center min and no higher than 6 foot .

But thats our state whats your 400 amp disco height ?

Any large panel or disco like higher than 6 foot we set bottom at 6 inches min off finish grade or aff in elevation as long as the handle or breaker is less than the nec rule go for it .
