grounds entering panel boards

I am interested to see when you guys enter a panelboard with your ground wires ( bare or insulated) do you use kenny clamps ,romex connectors or nothing?

If you're talking about residential panels, I use the 3/8" KOs and no connectors.

In a larger panel, with a larger GEC, I might use a 2-screw cable clamp.

If you're talking about residential panels, I use the small, what looks like a 1/4" KO that is in a 1/2" and no connectors. Most all panels I install are no larger that 200 amp.

For commercial panels our GEC's are in conduit. For residential we would just use the small KO in the panel. For years we used a Romex connector for the GEC but after reading here that they're technically not listed for single conductors we've been using the small KO's. Even with the Romex connectors we were never issued a violation in 25 + years.
