You can not 'fuse' a neutral.

You can use a multi-pole breaker but not a fuse.

And you can use a 3-pole fusible disconnect switch, as long as the neutral is 'slugged' with a listed "non-fuse" device.

This is what the elevator installer drew. A three pole knife switch with three fuses in it I had never heard of it so I just figured it was some kind of special elevator app. But I am glad I asked here so I know to make sure there is a non-fuse slug in the slot.
