GFI's on CAFCI

I was waiting for the punchline but there is no problem that I can think of. I try not to put myself in that position through prior planning.

normally I try to avoid this type of thing too, but the framing in this job worked out so that there were several locations where there were five or six studs nailed together with 8" spaced studs next to them on both sides, and then a solid corner post. I could have drilled it, or put on 15 nailer plates, but it was not worth the hassle, so I just tagged into the floor and pulled down a garage rec. from the living room.

I'm sure that in cycles to come, those receptacles will be required to be AFCI protected too. No problem.
