They all stay the same, turn it off, turn it back on, same same same.

But that not what they are looking for allphaseelectric84 so dont put that down. They are most likely refering to measurements taken within the circuit. Only one will be the same no matter where you take the measurement.

Imagine a series circuit as a store with only one check out line. Every customer must "flow" through the same line.

Now what value corresponds to flow?
