3 phase vs 1 phase in office area

How do i figure loads for 120v? What are the benefits of either one? Do you get more from a 3ph than a 1ph?

I don't quite follow the question. What loads are you figuring? Receptacles? Copiers? Heating coils? Also, what are you trying to decide? Whether the service to a new building should be three phase or single phase? Much will depend on the total square footage and the usage of the spaces. I'll need more of a description of your situation, before I can offer any assistance.
