transfer switch ground

The transfer switch inspected is a reliance 6 space in a residence. The equipment ground from the panal goes directly to the ground going to the outside receptacle. The 3/4 FMC (greenfield) has snap in connectors. This is all the transfer switch has for a equipment ground. As far as I know this is how it came from reliance. these snap in FMC connectors are new to me. Are they OK for grounding the transfer switch. Thank you. Al

FMC can be used for an EGC on circuits of 20a or less, over 20a circuits need EGC pulled

in with the circuit conductors. 250.118(5)
