I am wondering what the required offset would be, according to NESC, for a 25' light pole on private property adjacent to a primary electric service in a public ROW?
It would depend on the voltage of the line, conductor sag, and wind displacement of the conductor. I suggest that you hire a consultant with NESC experience.
