You have many choices.

You need 113 amp rating ( 125% of 90). Depending on how you run it (underground in conduit, direct buried, in cable tray, etc.) you will need at least a #2 awg copper.

Cable insulation has to be 5 kV, either 133% or 100%, depending on your grounding method. Go with 133%. Insulation can be EPR or XLPE or other less popular types.

The cable has to be shielded. Shielding can be copper tape, spiral wrapped copper wires, or corrugated wires embedded in the jacket. You need to use stress relief terminations at each end to properly terminate the shields and insulation.

The cables can be three conductors plus ground wires in a single jacket, three conductors in a metal armor that is covered by a jacket or three single conductors in a conduit or a cable tray.

Look at some cable suppliers' on-line catalogs to get an idea of the options available and the benefits of each. We are not going to recommend any one method because we don't know enough details about your project.
