Poor guy must have spent hours doing bonding and 5 minutes on the rest of the job. Proves he had no clue about romex jobs. I too would be looking in every box.

The painstaking work to install that #6 solid to all of the bond bushings should have some how been an indication that this just wasn't quite the way the job is done!
