The NEC does not have any specified distance at which a pull box must be installed in a straight run of conduit.
Many engineering specs have a distance of 100' before a pull box must be installed.

You need a pulling point once you've reached 360 degrees of bend in the run. If the run contains less than 360 degrees worth of bends there is no limit to the length of the conduit run.
