Matching Existing Conduits

I have always had trouble with matching existing conduits. Does anybody have any good tricks to share, like when you are leaving a j-box with multiple offsets already installed to match the angles and distance between bends just right (besides trial and error). Or matching existing kicks, ect. Thanks in advance

i use to use a angle finder and measure center to center of exiting bends

Bend all your pipes, possibly add a few spares, and then Box them in.

Well I don't have an easy solution, but you could put the new circuits into a trough and then nipple down into the panel. Does that match, no but it will be neater than mismatched pipe.

Of course this is dependant on available space, and your patientence.

Make a few test pieces on some scrap conduit. Hold the test pieces up against the existing stuff. When you figure out the proper angles and spacing then make your final permanent bends.

I keep scrap sections of #4 or #2 bare solid copper that I demo out of old underground services for just that purpose. They are reusable......
