This forum has given us the route to take on this issue ... we have told the mfg to re-write his installation manual to include shielded cable on all analog control wires to prevent this in the future. We will also change our suggested spec to the project consultants similarly.
Looks like there's enough grey area thought that we will have to take it on the chin on this project and correct it ourselves but once agian, you guys are great. We appreciate your educating us folks caught in the middle of "the code".
