Let's say I have a corner-grounded 240 volt delta (B-Phase is grounded) electrical service and a 240 volt delta generator. Need help with how to ground the two systems. If I bring a ground wire from the generator to the transfer switch and the same from the electrical service, I will have a unswitch phase.

You can use a two pole transfer switch and have one point of connection between the grounded and grounding conductors, or you can use a 3 pole transfer switch and have a grounding electrode connection for both the serivce and a second one for the generator.

In other words, think of the grounded conductor as you would a grounded conductor in a 1-phase system.
