Im in a unique situation where there can not be manual switches in this establishment. I can use the breakers as the disconnecting means however I have to have permanantly attached lock outs in the panel. I can not find lock outs for these breakers and have a hunch if theyre out they are probably factory installed. Does anyone know of another brand that will fit these breakers? Are there any adjustable lockouts that might have a UL listing? Are there any special provisions I can use so the inspector will let approve the use? Hope you all had a happy Thanksgiving.

just curious - what the heck kind of facility is it ? (if everything has to be locked out, why can't the room or cabinet be locked ?)

It is a fitness center and most of the walls are rubber and or occupied with other stuff. There truely is not room to put a switch anywhere. Its a mess.
The inspector said the cabinet lock does not constitute locking out the breaker because there would have to be an on duty maintenence man and he would have to give him a schedule of shutdowns and being the building is no longer a factory and its now a workout faciility there would be no maintanance man.
