Does anyone know of a compression termination for large wire that will reduce the size of a wire for termination? For example I have a 4/0 Aluminum wire that I need to terminate at a 100a GE THQB CB
Thanks for the links. I'm actually looking for a reducer that would take my 4/0 stranded down to a solid pin the size of a 1/0 conductor
Can two sets of reducers be cascaded?Accordingly 4/0 only goes down to 2/0...

would turning a pin reducer down in a lathe violate the listing?

I like where your heads at!
what exactly did you like? The idea of machining a pin reducer to fit? That I have use of a lathe? Or that I was concerned about the listing?
Of course. Everyone knows the proper procedure would be to drill out the load lugs on the breaker.I'm only joking of course.![]()
