I have a question about wiremold "500" or "700". How do you get those metal bushings that slide in the end of the raceway that are suppose to prevent abrasion to the wire to stay in the raceway? If you install the raceway vertically the top one stays in o.k. but the one at the bottom always falls out very easily. I have tried to bend them out a little but this still dosen't work well either.

 and I thought I was the only human-being that ever used those.
The box at the supply house has marks for 5 years of inventories.

I feel your pain, but have not determined a good solution.

I've bought them one time. When I figured out the same thing you did, that was also the last time I used them. I just make sure I deburr the Wiremold well with a good small half round file.
