Low voltage fixtures along lap pool

I have been searching the code for installation of low voltage (12V) on the outside grass 3.5 feet from the edge of a lap pool.
All I have been able to find is Article 680.24 A (2) Installation (1) (2). Which let me 4'. Any help would be ghreat.

Take a look at 411.4(B). Looks like you'll need 10' of separation from the nearest edge of the water.
