Does the 2008 code require 1/2 conduit to be supported every 10 feet?

Every 10 ft and with 3 ft of any j box, conduit body, etc.
There may be some exceptions such as 300.12

Assuming RMC / IMC I agree with Gus, if it happens to be PVC conduit it must be supported every three feet.
