Pool light branch circuit is run underground in PVC to WP j-box on the side of a dwelling unit with other branch circuit. The conductors for the pool light nipple into and approved tranny while the other change to NM and enter the house. Can I intercept the ungrounded conductor of the pool light circuit and run NM to a switch inside the house. An insulated EGC compliant with the title section will be run from panel to tranny/deck box. The switch NM EGC will be tied into the EGC run for the other branch circuits.
