Was there an art in 210 that mandated a receptacle in a 3 season porch?

With out straining my brain for code #'s. Before 2 recp. were requried out side. The requried recp. by A/C could be counted as one of the required.

I don't believe so. It's a screened porch. Exposed studs ect. (or is it etc.). There is grade access, so it does need a lighting outlet.

I started to say no because it was not a habitual room. However, I would say yes because it may be located off of an egress door which requires lighting.
