Does anyone know what the maximum voltage between conductors allowed to run surface mounted in schedule 40 PVC conduit is?

I can't locate a NEC limit. 300.37 allows RNMC above 600 volts, and 328.10 allows MV cable up to 35,000 volts, and I see no limit in Art 352.
What voltage are you thinking of ?

The question was posed to me on my journeymans license exam and i cant find it anywhere. I think the options were 150v 250v 300v 600v
