Overcurrent devices are permitted to be located in a non-dwelling unit bathroom provided that they meet the working space requirements of 110.26(A) and are not part of the service disconnecting means. (See 230.70(A)(2))

240.24(E) only applies to dwelling units and guest rooms/ suites of hotels and motels.

I agree with raider1. The key here is"non-dwelling". I have done this install many times.
