Its 34 degrees here in West Fort Lauderdale this morning.
This is the first time we have used our electric heat in many years.
I cant help to think of all those electric tankless water heaters firing up this morning along with the electric heat strips.
I wonder how many burned meter sockets and tripped main breaker calls there will be today.
It seems like removing a 4.5kw water heater and replacing it with a tankless heater that requires 20 to 30 kw to operate might not be such a good idea.
Only a good demand calculation will tell for sure.
