Circuit Breakers sizing+Demand Factors

Hi everyone

I'm not familiar with NEC and I can't find whatever I need easily.

I will appreciate it if you can help me guys in the following questions

1. Do you size MCB and MCCB as 100% loaded as per NEC? or 75%?

2. Considering starting current in Chillers, Fans....etc. I wonder how is it calculated using NEC.

3. Load Demand Factors for Lighting, General use receptacle, Misc. Loads and MCC loads.
