Commercial load calcs

Is there an excell spreadsheet on this site or elsewhere that easily summs up a typical light commecial load calculation or service calc? The building in question is a 4k sq ft metal building that is mostly lighting and very little equipment, 1 phase. Thanks!

Just looking for the steps to a commercial load calc in a convenient format that encompass a complete survey. Lighting demand factors, creating a panel schedule, etc. such as is on this site for residential.

Not sure if this will be of help, I have used these guidelines and I have been able to successfully estimate the size of the required electrical service in a commerical building.

Lights: I used 2 Watt/ft^2
Receptacles: 6 Watt/ft^2
If you have Electric Heat: 10 Watt/ft^2
If no information on HVAC loads: 0.6 KW * 0.75
You can estimate the load for any other equipment,you can then compute.
