Why don't you check table 310.16 under the 75C col and pick a conductor that will do what you require.

Well check table C9 (A) while your in the code book for sch 80 pvc and 4" inch is large for two runs for just 600 amps .

Take care

What type of conductor cu or al ? How long is the run? There are many people on this forum that can help you. Come up with what you think you need and post your thoughts and you will get replies. Welcome to the forum.

600amp underground 3phase service

ok thanks for all the replies, i will be using cu conductors and the distance is about 120feet from ct cabinet to the pole, from the info i gathered out of the code book the parallel feeders will be 350mcm and i will use 3" sch 80pvc with 4 sets of 350mcm in each pipe run, does this sound right? and why 75 degree wire?

. . . and why 75 degree wire?
You can use a wire with a higher insulation system rating than 75 degrees, but you cannot use the ampacity value (from Table 310.16) that is higher than the value in the 75C column. That is because the terminations are (probably) not rated for higher than 75C. Reference 110.14(C).
