Greeting all,
I have one distribution system which contains.
1. Two generators one on duty and the other is standby
2. one Main Distribution panel Board
3. Two Sub distribution panel board
4. Eight Panel boards which are located in buildings

I have given grounding connection detail the figure exhibit 250.29 page-229 NEC-2008.

But I have received a comment to remove the main bonding jumper from this detail and it is only for source at generator point and it is not applicable for other panel boards and sub panels

Please advise me what to do.

best regards,

Are your referring to Exhibit 250.29 in the 2008 NEC Handbook?

Buildings supplied by a feeder should be grounded in accordance with 250.32.

If you are using the 2008 NEC then you must bring an equipment grounding conductor with the feeder to the building and must not make a connection between the grounded conductor and the disconnecting means or panel at the separate building.
