ground rods

i have a 325A service. the meter is out side and the main disco is inside the building. seeing as how the main disco is in side can i just bring my #6 from my ground rods and my ground from building steel/water main to that location. so the only ground going to the meter is my equip ground.

Wouldn't the meter be inherently bonded to POCO's grounded conductor during manufacturing?

Our poco allows us to use the meter or the disconnect. Some do not though

In my area we cannot go to the meter, we have to go to the Main or the disconnect.
