Undeground Temperature Derating

When calculating wire size for underground conduit runs, what temperature does everyone use for derating, if any?
 
I've never used derating in UG, but it may be necessary in case of higher soil temperature or other conditions? I'm just throwing it out there, would like to hear from some who's performed the calculations/know of conditions where this would apply
 
It is my understanding that if you are installing circuits that were sized per the Article 220 load calculations, that you don't have to be too concerned about it, however for industrial and other such occupancies where there are large loads and the circuits are sized based on actual loads, it is an issue. Failure to derate in these cases may result in a failure of the duct bank.
