inner-duct, pricing??

I was working up some costing and was hoping for some help on inner-ducts, we have 4" U/G pvc (for tele. data. video) and will be specifying it with 3-inner ducts however when putting together some costs could not find this in the means book?? any suggestions from anyone would be appreciated.

its been a few years since I bought any, but I remember paying around $900 for a 5,000 foot reel of SDR11 corrugated with mule tape in it.

Is inner duct multiple small conduits in one larger conduit?

I'd get a price on it, comes in different varieties and often only on 1000' spools last time I checked
