I am installing a new UPS .The UPS in all electronic and is not a transformer type.
Do I have to bond the grounded conductor?

UPS Installation - Bonding/Seperately Derived System

UPS Installation - Bonding/Seperately Derived System

The new UPS is 480V 3 Phase-3 Wire input and output. The UPS output is fed into a 3 wire output distribution panel. Neither the input or output of the UPS requires a grounded conductor (neutral) according to the manufacturer. All UPS downstream loads have step down transformers to reduce the voltage down to 208/120V 3 phase - 4 wire output. No 277V loads are needed in this case. All these downstream transformers are considered seperately derived and have a grounding electrode conductor running to building steel. We do not have a neutral to ground bond (SBJ) connection inside the UPS. Is that okay?

There is no grounded conductor to bond in your description. It is not a seperately derived system and does not require a grounded conductor or bonding to one.
