Myers Hubs Insulators Coming Out

Does anyone have a problem when pulling wire through a Myers hub that the nylon insulators comes out quite often?

Oh yeah. Irritating isn't it.

and sealtite connectors and insulated emt connectors and ....

It seems they all come out if you pull through them just right.

If your pulling wire through them 'just right' they stay in. Any other real world situation and they are coming off.
