Pole hand hole covers

Saw this today in mag and remembered somone asking agoute hand hole covers. http://www.thekellygroupinc.com/Cover/Default.html. Picture is deceiving. It is not as big as it looks.

Locally some of the homeless have taken to tapping into street lights - not a bad idea...

I usually end up making my own out of conduit about the same diameter as the pole. It's a little time-consuming, but, if done properly makes for a nice job.
