480 VAC wiring underneath raised floor

I am looking for NEC article(s) that refers to the type of wiring of 480 VAC VFD enclosures from switchgear buckets. Does a raceway is required, open or enclosed; or can the 480 VAC cable(s) be laid on the floor underneath the raised floor? If a raceway is required does it need to be plenum rated? Does the cable need to be plenum rated. This room is not an IT room. It is a facilities room.

Thanks.

There could be a huge amount of variables here, but going on what you've said, and only what you've said, yes a raceway is required, and no it does not have to be plenum rated.

I agree except plenum rated might be required if the underfloor space is used for supply or return air. But I assume that's kind of unlikely, since it's not an IT room.
