Help me out on this please

A pool dehumidification system electrical specs lists:
26.3 kW
19.6 amps
460 volts

When I check these with a standard kW formula:
E x I x PF x 1.73 / 1000
The kW answer is 14....what am I missing?!
(I use 90% as PF since none was listed)

Thanks

For a dehumidifier, it has to work like an air conditioner. So the KW listed would be an HVAC rating, not an electrical rating. In other words, it probably removes 26 KW of heat and moisture from the air, but doesn't require that much input power.

Just my guess.
