pad mounted xfmr??

I could not find a certain xfmr. so I figured this would be the best place to start. I was looking to specify a small pad mounted xfmr. 112.5 or 150kva like you would see around a residential subdivision (low boys) or even a pad mounted the catch is I need a 480-208/120-3ph, 4w but do not know who manufacturers this kind of xfmr. with a 480v primary. any suggestions??

Have to be padmount ? A standard power transformer could be set on a pad:

yes the 3R would work but I should have clarified I was looking for something enclosed. thanks agian awesome link Jim
