I could not find a certain xfmr. so I figured this would be the best place to start. I was looking to specify a small pad mounted xfmr. 112.5 or 150kva like you would see around a residential subdivision (low boys) or even a pad mounted the catch is I need a 480-208/120-3ph, 4w but do not know who manufacturers this kind of xfmr. with a 480v primary. any suggestions??

I agree, order it with a rain shield and it suddenly becomes a pad mount.

A rain shield does not make it tamper resistant. However a sealed or encapulated one comes close (try Hammond Power Solutions or Olsun Electrics).
But if you really want a padmount, Olsun lists them on their website.
