Converting 480v ballasts to 120v Circuit?

So I messed up. I ended up purchasing the wrong voltage ballasts for a reef project and can't return them. Short of paying an electrician to come in and wire these directly or scrapping them completely, is there anyway to convert these 480v HID ballasts, P25048TAC4M, to a standard 120v circuit? Could I use an autotransformer or something similar?

By the way, these are the ballast I meant to get, P250ML5AC4M.

I'm at a loss. Any help is appreciated.

I don't understand why they can't be returned, although you may have to pay a restocking fee. I would suggest consulting with an EC for suggestions.
