#4 solid copper is the largest I have used.
Table 8 of Chapter 9 shows #8 as the largest listed, perhaps because 310.3 limits solid wire to #10 if installed in conduit.
MI cable is another possibility; however, I have never installed any, so I do not know.
You could search manufacturers like Southwire if you need to know.

I have run #2 SBTC (solid bare tinned copper) for grounding. Anything larger would likely be considered rod, not wire.

As have I, at a cellular site. That stuff Cad-welds well.
