2x4 layin fixtures

I figure on 2 hours,round trip,remove/replace,cleanup,ect.
2 hours sounds like a lot, but it's probably close. Removing old fixture, getting whip out of it. Sometimes having to bundle up tubes and ballasts for disposal, if you have to do that. A couple of good helpers are worth their weight in gold. One guy to open and prep the lights, one on the scaffold to help anchor, wire, etc. Ceiling grid is helpful too, when pieces of it pull out on you and you have to secure it again.
