I find sections that do not let 600 volt or less in same enclosure, raceway, or cable as over 600 volt, but have not found anything prohibiting them in same trench. If both cables or conductors are rated for direct burial there probably is no problem.
I have seen phone and cable TV in same trench as POCO primary - usually they want separation of at least 12 inches if narrow trench backfill partially then add the phone/TV to the trench but have also seen them right next to each other.

I am assuming you mean direct buried cable trench, and not an accessible trench with lift off cover.
I wouldn't see why they couldn't go in the same trench. More important is when they come up to terminate, the LV and MV cables will need to go into separate enclosures, manholes, or handholes to maintain separation.
