Based on the 2008 NEC, would a fire alarm pre-action panel mounted over a floor sink be a violation of 110.26? You would literally have to stand in the sink to service the panel. I say yes, others say no.

I installed one in a commercial bakery last week in the same situation. I say no

If it has no curb incroching on the nessessary clearance I'd say your good to go.
