stop condensation

I have a rigid conduit runnig thru an AHU chamber, this conduit is sealed on both ends but there is still a condensation problem. The engiineer wants to insulate this condut. I can't find anything in the code that says yeah or nay. Is this legal?

Insulating the conduit would be permissible.

Being conduit can be barried i see no reason not to insulate. Am curious as to why you still have condensation. On freezers all i do is spray foam in them and never had a problem even at - 20.

Perhaps could be one issue in that your now in the plenum system so be carefull what you use
