Tankless hot water heater

How do you calucalate a tankless hot water heater for a full home heater. I have not done this and I have a friend who wants to add one to a home he is remodling. He has a 200 amp service and the heater is 240 and 125 amps.
 
It goes in at full nameplate. You'll probably need to use the Optional calculation, as the standard one may put it in at 100%.
