Wishing all of you happy father?s day!

I?m having door hangers printed for advertising purposes and wonder if anyone knows where I can get free electrical related graphics? Images such as ceiling fans, kitchen lighting, repair related, etc. Also, this is the first time I?m using door hangers; do you have any suggestions or thoughts about how well these work for generating new business? Any information will be greatly appreciated.

Random thoughts...

Do You have a regular printer? If not be ready to shop around for pricing...

Graphic's will cost you $. Glossie finish will be 1/3 the price again.

Even transposing your business card if it has graphic's will cost.

The printer will not be cheap or easy(a pleasure to work with but will not roll over for a price), you can ask them if you can do the set-up of art work.
You can even find people that will do you art work for less than the printer will charge.

Again; minus printing, or the route walkers again this will be the biggest cost. IE the set-up...

Your presentation should be clear, short and precise, it's not your resume and it's not all things to everyone! List what you want but just remember the previous.

Software is available to turn you art work sideways to an 8 1/2" x 11" and you could do it all yourself. That would be three a sheet.

In your layout I think I would include a detatachable card in one corner.

Check with your printer some not all can handle heavier paper.

Got any Kid's, you can hire them. They or you can cut them out the hook.
Be sure to remind them that this is a Door Hook and it has nothing to do with the mail box, it's for Door Hooking, or they can slide it off the edge of a door mat.

Hope that helps... frankly I've give it a thought or too myself, I can't wait to walk the neighborhood.
