Are two-wire electronic ballast dimmers trailing edge?

Advance Mark X and Lutron TuWire dimming ballasts don't use additional conductors, but use phase-control like incandescent. The wiring is just like regular incandescent dimmer with no neutral, however, they have special dimmers for this purpose. I'm wondering if they're the trailing edge type...

The three wire version uses dimmed hot for control only and the output is leading edge just like incandescent dimmer, but the firing angle ranges are narrower and there is neutral. It fires at 40 deg delay @ max setting and 120 deg delay@ minimum. An ordinary incandescent dimmer I tested had a range of 145 deg to 25deg.

Does anyone have a wave capture of in-line type dimmer meant for two-wire electronic ballast dimming @ max and min settings, or just the phase shift in degrees and whether its a trailing or leading edge design?
