I use SKM too. Matter of fact I have created a bunch of customizable reports for SKM. Just search my name at google.

Anyone have experience in SKM and ETAP? I am looking to learn ETAP and was wondering how easy/hard it will be coming from SKM.

I use ETAP, but have never used SKM so can't help with comparison advise.
