Grounding requirements for PP and L

Can anyone give me a brief overview of the POCO requirements for premises grounding in the PP and L service area? I will be helping a friend wire a new house near Albrightsville Pa. and dont want to miss anything the utility wants. Thanks for your help....

You should be in contact with your local utility field engineer, and get the info directly from them. Here, we have a POCO "Blue Book" which is freely available online.

I checked the PP and L " blue book" and it is very vague about specifics.

Generally, the grounding is on our side of the separation of responsibility, typically the meter or point-of attachment/connection.

The grounding should comply with NEC and/or local requirements.
