15kv paper and lead

I need to show a 15kv paper and lead splice to the owner in order to start working for them. My problem is Okinite wont sell me a 50' piece is there any one that could help with this problem. I would like to buy a 50' piece of 15kv paper and lead 3 conducter it doesnt need to be new just in good shape.

Are you trying to show the "owner"[your boss?] what a made up splice looks like? That is a very difficult splice to make. It takes a lot of experience to make one correctly.
