Current Transformer Phase Angle

I have a specification for a meter current tranformer that has phase angle requirement of 0 to 60 degrees.

What does this mean and how can I confirm a CT meets this requirement? I asked the vender providing the CT but he doesn't know what it means either and it is not listed on his cut sheet. Any help would be appreciated.

I would think what this means is the burdon on the current transformer cannot exceed a phase difference 60 degrees, and meet the accuracy rating of the CT for phase angle error.
